Welcome. This area is for Patients. Please contact us if you need additional help.
Our doctos are medical specialists so you will need a referral from your General Practitioner or treating specialist to see them. Your employer, employer, solicitor or insurer can refer you for an independent medical examination (IME).
What to Bring to Your Assessment
Please bring these things with you to your assessment:
Any medical reports, x-rays, test results or other information you consider may be relevant
A list of your medication
Spectacles or contact lenses (if you use them)
Your Medicare card
Photographic Identification (drivers licence)
What to Wear (or Bring) for Physical Examinations
To minimise the need to remove clothing, please wear – or bring with you – loose clothes such as shorts and a tee-shirt
We can also supply a gown to wear
